| Is PlaylistPro.com Legal? YES. PlaylistPro is a search engine similar to Google or Yahoo; NONE of the media files on PlaylistPro are hosted on our servers. PlaylistPro crawls the internet for media that YOU have uploaded on other sites such as Youtube and numerous others. |
| Why should I use PlaylistPro.com? Because PlaylistPro.com is the ONLY site that allows you to create a playlist from material that YOU have uploaded to other sites on the web. We also allow you to download material that YOU have uploaded to other sites on the web. |
| Where do the files on PlaylistPro come from? Look at the "Where can I host my MP3 files" section below for a list of hosting sites. We DO NOT host any media files on our servers WE ONLY DISPLAY MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN UPLOADED BY YOU THE USER ON OTHER SITES ON THE WEB. |
| Do I need to install any software to use
PlaylistPro? No. You can simply use your web browser to find and listen to media that you are interested in. You don’t need to install anything and you don’t need to have any concerns about spy-ware, viruses or set up. PlaylistPro does require your computer to have a flash player installed to hear and see some media. However, flash is already installed on 99 percent of all computers. If you do not have the latest version of Flash. Download it here for free. |
| Sometimes I come across a file that
doesn't play, what's up? We go to a lot of trouble to make sure that links we index are current and working. Like all content on the internet, the links to media files indexed by PlaylistPro are subject to change. If one does not work please such for another. Sometimes the search will yield numerous files so please forgive us if there are some bad links. If we’re doing our jobs well you will rarely get bad links. |

How do I make a playlist? |
| What is a playlist A Playlist is a collection of Videos and/or MP3's that can be watched online in the users account, shared with other people, or embedded into websites such as Myspace and many others. |
| How do I edit playlists I've already
created? Login to your account. Click on the link that says "playlist". You should see the playlists that you saved. Below the playlist you will be able to drag N drop the files to re-arrange files as you desire. You can also delete a file by clicking on the Red "X" at the begining of the file.

| Where can I host my MP3 files? You can host your MP3 files at the sites below.

| How many songs can I have on my playlist player? We recommend that you have no more than 50 songs. The playlist database will not function correctly with more then 50 songs. |
| Help! I forgot my password. If you forgot your password, go to http://www.PlaylistPro.com/forgotpass.php. Enter the E-mail address you used to sign up, and we'll send you a link that lets you set a new password. Attention MSN and Hotmail members! If you don't see your password reminder email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. If this email does end up in your spam folder, simply move it back to your inbox. Keep in mind you won't be able to click on any links within emails in your spam folder. |
